With more than 25 years of experience in retail and hospitality purchasing and leasing, Brian brings a rare operator’s perspective to commercial real estate. Before joining the industry, he owned, operated, and managed several well-known venues in the Calgary market, experience that lets him assess location fundamentals and business viability like few others. Recognized as one of Calgary’s “Top 40 Under 40” by the Calgary Chamber of Commerce in 2000, Brian holds a BSc in Geophysics from the University of Calgary and specializes in investment sales, industrial, land, and retail properties across Greater Calgary.
